WHERE I COME FROM

My name is Stephen Olanrewaju, I come from the south-west part of Nigeria, Lagos.

A THRIVING CAREER

I have a background in Economics. My undergraduate degree courses have prepared me with a strong background in mathematics, statistics, calculus, algebra, economics and other advanced mathematics courses. Currently studying Quantitative Economics at the University of Tartu.

I am tech-inclined with 3 years of experience in data analysis and  Digital Marketing covering web design Word press, Online Campaign Ads on Facebook, Google Ads and Email Marketing to the target audience. My experience cuts across creating online marketing campaign strategies, working with data and turning it into structured information to enhance customer experience, digital sales, and marketing. I am Data inclined and  I generate and analyze mass data for marketing and sales activities using EXCEL, Python and CRM tools.
 

I represented Nigeria at the Young Africa Initiative (Entrepreneurship track) sponsored by USAID/MASTERCARD FOUNDATION in Accra and am also a  graduate of career kick-start executive training of Poise Nigeria. I worked as a digital marketer at SDSD Nigeria with my major goal of establishing our brand together with its products to the maritime professionals and promoting sales. Within a couple of months, our presence and search engine Optimization has increased with the usage of the right keywords by our target audience both in maritime and software development
As part of the inbound marketing & branding team, I researched our competitors, identified our target markets and positioned our brand products and offering. Update news and filled our websites with various content in a way that gives a unique brand identity, hence creating a landing page for our visitors. Through email marketing & sending email newsletters, and content creation, I informed prospects about our product ranges while directing them to our website. Via our social media, I promote our product by increasing customer relationship, accessibility level, customer engagement, conversion rates and then sales.
 

With the right digital tools and content creation, I bring to the table a sum of 4.2 million nairas monthly concurrently in the marketing team at Total Africa Distribution company.  I use Facebook ads, Google Ads on an E-commerce platform to increase traffic on our websites and drive sales as an objective and excel for data visualization and presentation.
